Boxes and larger items are cushioned and double boxed where appropriate. If the listing is a pre-order, the release date and dispatch window are shown near the top of the description. Dispatch takes place within the stated window after stock arrival. Labels may be created before the carrier performs the first acceptance scan. Tracking usually updates within twenty four to forty eight hours after handover. During busy periods the first scan may appear later even though the parcel has been lodged with the carrier. We will arrange a return or replacement after inspection. For any claim, record a short unboxing video and clear photos of the outer box, label and internal packing. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Stock can be reserved on request. Weekend or holiday replies may take up to forty eight hours. Some official releases may be supplied without shrink-wrap by distributor policy; where applicable this will be declared and priced accordingly. For graded cards, serial numbers may vary between units.
