This listing is for one PSA 10 Gem Mint Japanese Pokemon Base Set Foil Pack from 1996 - 290 yen version. My item did not arrive. I received the wrong item. The PSA case on my graded card broke in mailing.

You promised X in writing and I did not get X. I do not want it anymore because X. The PSA graded card I ordered has whiting on the X. The card I bought didnt grade 10 and you said X.

The card isnt as mint, cute, ugly, reflective of my self-image as I thought. I didnt see X in the photo (damage will ALWAYS be CLEARLY stated).

If you need to contact me about a return request, please describe in detail the issue with your item(s) and include pictures of the damage (if applicable). PSA is an independent card grading company and cards sent to them are inspected by human beings who are imperfect like the rest of us (except Ryan Gosling). These are not perfect grades and one graded 10 card may be in better condition than another 10 and so on.

When purchasing any graded cards, please take great care in looking at all photos and reading the item description. Should your PSA graded item come with the case damaged. Contact me immediately and I will arrange to have the item re-cased by PSA at my expense and sent back to you.

According to PSA, re-casing can take roughly 26 days. ASK QUESTIONS PLEASE I LOVE THEM!
